Upon the direction of Chief Executive Engineer Shahid Hayder, LESCO has accelerated its recovery drive against the defaulters. As a result, the company recovered more than Rs:50 million from 133 defaulters within one day.
Recoveries breakdown comprises Rs: 10.29 mln from 25 defaulters in the Northern Circle, Rs: 3.40 mln from 9 defaulters in the Eastern Circle, Rs: 9 mln from 16 defaulters in the Central Circle, and Rs: 6.90 mln from 13 defaulters in the Southern Circle.
Other recoveries made by ACE included Rs: 430,000 from 11 defaulters in the Nankana Circle, Rs:580,000 from 16 defaulters in the Sheikhupura Circle, Rs:240,000 from 25 defaulters in the Okara Circle and Rs:730,000 from 18 defaulters in Kasur Circle..
