Season 01 for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is officially in the books. New, exciting content poured into Multiplayer and Zombies. A gear-up into action awaits players as they join Sevati “Sev” Dumas in her mission to dismantle Avalon’s criminal underworld by taking on the powerful Pantheon syndicate.
New Multiplayer Maps and Modes
Season 01 brings new maps: Hideout is a middle-sized training facility and Heirloom – is a place, where the players are engaged with an exciting heist. Extraction maps set into chaos due to a failed ambush will be even more complicated. Ransack mode allows players to loot gold bars and secure their trophy for their team, while Prop Hunt returns as a popular mode, in which players either need to hide themselves as props or hunt each other down.
Weapons, Perks, and Scorestreaks
New launch weapons are the Krig C Assault Rifle and the Saug SMG, both obtainable through Battle Pass. For those in search of something a little heavier-handed, the Sirin 9mm special weapon, as well as Power Drill melee, will be available throughout the event. Some of the attachments added include 12 Gauge Dragon’s Breath, and Buffer Weight Stock. Lastly, players will be able to obtain the Hand Cannon Scorestreak: a rugged handgun to pull out for that little twist.
New Operators and Events
With this update comes new fresh operators such as Goliath and Sevati “Sev” Dumas. Also, the Replacer, a fan favorite among viewers, will return as part of a store bundle. The Hit List will also feature an event in which players have to take out targets for exclusive rewards.
Zombies Mode Updates
There is also a new Directed Mode in Zombies that allows players a guided walk-through of Liberty Falls and Terminus, making completing main quests a little more palatable to the player. That said, for players who prefer a more structured experience in tackling the challenges of this game, a more structured experience is out there for you.
For those who do not want the experience to run so dry, tons of new content and updates in Season 01 will keep players pressed to find new adventures.
