Jolie, meanwhile, appeared radiant in a vintage gold-and-cream empire waist gown with open-toe platform sandals. Her low-key yet smart hairstyle bore a chunky diamond necklace and eardrops. Knox, approaching his mother’s height, wore a classic tuxedo, the buzz cut and patent leather dress shoes a fine touch to that restrained sartorial elegance.
Knox last made a public appearance with his siblings Maddox, Zahara, Shiloh, and Vivienne when he attended the UK premiere of Eternals in 2021. Much as their parents are always in the public limelight and their children over them to that extent, there was maturity Knox who appeared for the ceremony with grown-up assurance.
Jolie is a devotee of vintage fashion. She got her dress at The Kit Vintage, which she visits often. “She was hands-on with choosing her pieces without stylists,” the boutique said via Instagram regarding her appreciation for vintage fashion.
The Governors Awards allows for a celebration of achievements in cinema and humanitarian efforts, whose honorees consist of recipients for the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award and the Honorary Oscar. Her appearance with Knox affirms that it’s time for a dainty dance of art and home.
As the Jolie-Pitt children gradually carve their paths, such moments say a lot to them as the powerful icon mom. Of course, Angelina and Knox’s red carpet stroll made this celebrity gala just that little bit more intimate for fans and participants alike at the end.
