Former NBA star Dwight Howard has listed his sprawling Suwanee estate, known as the Rose Hill Estate, for $11.25 million. The 32,000-square-foot mansion is located on 14 acres at 5200 Moore Road and is being marketed by Kelly Anderson of Engel & Völkers Atlanta.

The European-style property was built in 2010 at an estimated cost of $40 million. It has 10 bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms, and nine half-baths. It has six fully equipped kitchens, a home theater, a game room, a gym, and a unique room designed to house exotic snakes. The main suite includes a private balcony, two fireplaces, and separate baths and closets.

It also features outdoor luxury with a saltwater heated pool, a half-court basketball setup, and a private lake with a dock. Over 10 automobiles can be housed in the garage and additional guest quarters can be offered for visitor space.

Dwight Howard, from the state of Georgia, was drafted number one overall in the 2004 NBA Draft by the Orlando Magic. He recently played in various teams like the Los Angeles Lakers, Houston Rockets, Atlanta Hawks, and Philadelphia 76ers. He ended up playing overseas in Taiwan recently.

Dwight Howard repurchased it in 2016 for $8.8 million, paying one-third of the original asking price of $15 million at which it was first listed. He now puts the lavish property up for sale seven years later.
