Popular crime investigation series CID is all set to make a comeback after a six-year break. Producers announced that the first promo of its comeback is to be released on October 26. The much-awaited iconic series CID returns and familiar faces start doing the rounds as an anticipatory teaser video shared on social media has generated the buzz, with the coming-back-on-screen trio- Shivaji Satam, Aditya Srivastava, and Dayanand Shetty donning their memorable roles.
The teaser opens with a close-up shot of Dayanand Shetty’s intent gaze, followed immediately by the entry of ACP Pradyuman, played by Shivaji Satam, stepping out of his police car in the heavy rain. To coincide with this, comes the signature music that fans instantly recognize and bring a nostalgic touch to it all. The sequence is an immediate throwback to the gripping atmosphere defined by CID for years and attracted viewers to date.

Known for some of the most gripping stories and characters ever remembered in Indian television, it built a legacy that people long to see once again on Indian television.
