Actor and director Justin Baldoni has unveiled a website dedicated to publishing evidence in his lawsuit with actress Blake Lively. A website dubbed “Lawsuit Info” was set live on February 1, publishing key documents related to the case.
A third amended complaint is what Baldoni, 41, and his production company Wayfarer Studios filed along with a group of plaintiffs against Lively on January 16. The updated lawsuit with an additional link can be found on a new website. It began in December of 2024 when Lively filed a lawsuit alleging harassment and retaliation that occurred during filming for It Ends with Us. Baldoni has vigorously denied the allegations and countersued Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist Leslie Sloane for defamation and extortion.
The chronology, at 168 pages, includes newly released e-mails and texts substantiating claims that Baldoni did nothing wrong. One of those is a supposed note from Reynolds, indicating her eagerness for Lively to work with Baldoni. Another document charges that the New York Times knew about Lively’s complaint days before it was actually filed, a reason cited in allegations of media bias.
He further asserts that Reynolds had utilized a character in Deadpool & Wolverine to mock him. According to him, Nicepool was the distorted form he was being made to undergo due to some personal disputes with Reynolds.
Both sides are to appear in court on February 3 for a pre-trial conference. Lively’s lawyers requested a gag order, which means that his lawyer argued that the website created by Baldoni might influence some jurors. The full trial is to take place in March 2026.
