Balkaur Singh and Charan Kaur, parents of Sidhu Moose Wala, have finally revealed their second son’s face, who was born a few months ago through IVF. The couple who lost their son Sidhu in a tragic incident two years ago are sharing joy on the late singer’s official Instagram page by unveiling to the world a photo of their infant son whom they have named Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, after his elder brother.
The little tot in the traditional surband was introduced via a post, with a heartwarming caption in Punjabi. Balkaur expresses deep thanks to Waheguru and all those who have supported the family during these tough times. Suddenly the post went viral from a flood of messages from fans who pointed out that the brothers look much alike in every other aspect. Many were filled with glee to see a new Sidhu Moose Wala lookalike.
Born Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, Sidhu Moose Wala was gunned down on May 29, 2022, in Punjab’s Mansa district a day after the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) reduced his security detail. The celebrated artist is known for powerful music that resonates all over the world, and his legacy has continued through posthumous releases.
Balkaur Singh had spoken earlier at length about the family’s struggle with this pregnancy. Speaking emotionally, the man recalled that scariest moment when he saw his wife facing a serious complication. Relief washed over him and the family as they came out of that safely. The family said they feel the presence of their late son in the newborn.
Fans on social media announced a “Welcome to the World of ‘Baby Moosewala'” wishing the new baby as a unifying symbol for hope and continuation in the legacy of Sidhu Moose Wala.
