Noushin Faraji, who formerly worked as a hairstylist for Fox Sports, is suing the company for sexual harassment and workplace misconduct on the part of Fox executives and former network personalities. Filed in Los Angeles County, the suit names defendants to include Fox Sports, FS1 EVP Charlie Dixon, host Joy Taylor, and former “Undisputed” personality Skip Bayless.
Faraji, who worked at Fox from 2012 to 2024, claims Dixon groped her at a party in 2017 and made unwanted advances. She alleges that Taylor dismissed her concerns and later targeted her with discriminatory remarks. Bayless, the suit claims, persisted in harassing Faraji, offering $1.5 million for sexual favors and making inappropriate comments despite her repeated refusals.
Damages regarding emotional distress, lost wages, and hostile work environments are among others. Faraji further claims that Fox retaliated against her complaints and was fired in 2024.
Fox Sports said it is looking into the claims but has no further remark since the case is still pending. Bayless hosts his podcast, and Taylor co-hosts “Speak, ” neither answered publicly.
This case highlights ongoing concerns about workplace harassment in major media organizations. Faraji’s legal action joins a list of past allegations in the sports broadcasting industry, underscoring the need for stricter oversight and accountability.
Whether or not Fox Sports addresses these allegations, the network and its policies in the workplace may be at stake in the outcome of the lawsuit.
