Wheelchair Tennis Paralympics
Zhu Zhenzhen of China was in fierce combat in the women’s singles 2nd round of wheelchair tennis at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, as her opponent Macarena Cabrillana of Chile gave quite a fight.
Zhu then carried out several trickier rallies in which he was able to outmaneuver Cabrillana with precision and power on many shots. The match in the tennis arena in Paris sees Zhu totally dominate key moments and, with Cabrillana struggling to keep pace.
Zhu was determined and celebrated wildly after securing crucial points. It was then that sharp returns and consistency paid off as she secured the win that thrust her deeper into the competition.
The two players shook hands at the net following the match as a sporting gesture. With the win, Zhu Zhenzhen advances in the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games in search of the podium finish in the wheelchair tennis event.
