Fresh off the David Attenborough-narrated documentary “The Ivory Game,” Leonardo DiCaprio brought in his milestone 50th birthday with a glamorous Los Angeles celebration on Saturday, Nov. 9. With close friends and high-profile guests surrounding him, DiCaprio marked the occasion with a private dinner before letting loose into a wild party at a luxury residence. The Hollywood elite turned out in full force to honor this honoree on this special day.
The guest list saw a long line of celebrities, the likes of Brad Pitt, Tobey Maguire, Jamie Foxx, Paris Hilton, and many other celebrities similar to those in the entertainment world. There were lively performances by DJ Anderson. Paak kept the nightlife going, getting deep into the night festivities. Music aside, dancing and carrot cake comprised the celebration with DiCaprio’s closest friends and family.
Incredibly happy and hugging all his guests,” an insider said. Another source reported that DiCaprio met one-on-one with friends, sharing warm moments and heartfelt laughter throughout the night. Pitt, who came with girlfriend Ines de Ramon, remained on the front patio, greeting everyone warmly, while Jamie Foxx and filmmaker Todd Phillips each held their crowds in different parts of the party.
For DiCaprio, the night became more than a ceremony of self-congratulation but rather an old camaraderie of friends and directors by his side, his long cinematographic journey.
